Getting a missing window back on-screen

Getting a missing window back on-screen

I had an interesting experience the other day where an application window appeared off screen and therefore hindered my progress on a website build. I put this down to the fact that I run two monitors on my work machine and since moving them, I must have put them the opposite way around. This had me a little confused for a while, and as always the case, this website is running a couple of days behind schedule already.   After thinking the software had crashe...

With the release of several games in the succession and me having less than full use of my shoulder, i've been unable to post on the unbelieveable game that is Crysis. I managed to complete the game yesterday afternoon and wasn't disappointed at all with the story, gameplay and visual aspects of the game.85% of the game is jungle based combat against the Korean Army, with the remainder a brutal clash with an alien race. The game is a welcome change to Farcry which seemed to...

Having played the demo last month i decided that this game was going to be something special. After only playing a couple of levels i was completely captivated, the game is fantastic. The graphics are superb, the sound is perfect and for the first time in ages the British don't talk with a stupid 1930's posh accent. When you hear them you can tell that they are hard SAS and you wouldn't want to mess with them.   As well as playing the...

Thursday night marked the release of the much anticipated Call of Duty 4 demo. The demo for the PC includes 1 level for you to see the potential of the single player campaign. I've been through and expect the game to be fast paced and full of action. I am looking forward to the multi player element main ly though as this will be the area which i fell will judged the most. For me Battlefield 2 has set the standard for squad based combat and the recent release of Enemy Territory Quak...

Just downloaded the demo for Unreal Tournament 3 and i must say that so far it's not disappointed. The graphics look great the gameplay is true to the series and the I've enjoyed every minute of it. I love the new hoverboard feature as it speeds up getting to and from certain points up no end. I can't wait for this to come out as i can see that in true UT style the battles are going to be fast, bloody and most importantly great fun.

After seeing lots of footage of this game in development on XLeague.tv I've been looking forward to the release of this game. Based on the cold war this game tracks an attack on the US by the Russians it's a RTS style  game with fantastic looking graphics. I'll post a proper review of the game when I've played more of it. You can get the game from play.com here.

Just finished the game and was left with a feeling of disappointment. I really enjoyed the first few levels, the idea of dropping into the battlefield and choosing your starting location is a great idea. You don't get as much freedom as you'd expect because you are generally given 2 "safe locations" where you won't immediately be shot at.   I also enjoyed the upgrades that you get as you use your weapons, it rewards your experience...
