Description
Trailhead is a workout-programme tracker for Android built around the same philosophy as Cairn: pick a programme, follow the schedule, and let the app do the remembering. It lines up your next session, reminds you on your training days, and counts progress in sessions rather than dates, so a missed day doesn’t cost you anything.
What it does
A real programme library — Abs, Arms, Legs, military conditioning and test prep, a 12-week health programme and an 8-week upper-body builder, in Easy, Tough and Extreme, at 4 or 8 weeks. A few ship in the app; the rest are an opt-in download.
A Today card that remembers your place — next session, its steps and form cues, Done or Not today, with exact undo and a choice to move on or repeat a week at the end of each phase.
Guided workouts — a timer for each exercise, a rest countdown with beeps, and an optional save to Health Connect as a finished exercise session, off by default.
Progress without guilt — weekly consistency and streaks, where a week still in progress never breaks one, plus weight, body fat and height trends read from Health Connect.
Privacy by design
Trailhead has no account, no adverts and no analytics. Progress and measurements stay on the phone; the only network use is an optional, off-by-default check for new programmes that sends nothing about the user. See the Trailhead app page for screenshots and the full privacy policy for exactly what it reads and writes.
Status
Trailhead is in development, preparing for closed testing on Google Play. It isn’t publicly available yet — see the Trailhead app page for the latest.
